Following initial enquiry via social media, email or phone we request a picture of your project, brief description of requirement and location. With this information we can advise an estimate for labour/sundries and fabric meterage required (if applicable).

We then invite you along to a non obligation fabric appointment in our shop front where we discuss your project and any other sundries you may require (scatters/interiors) etc.

Following your fabric choice we will prepare a written quotation and email this to you for review.

We then take a deposit and this will secure the next work date available and enable us to progress your fabric order.

On receipt of the fabric we will confirm the work date with you and coordinate furniture collection/drop off/in house visit as applicable.

We only take your furniture when we are ready to work on it and can turn around in a suitable timeframe.

On completion of the work the return/collection of your furniture is arranged and the remaining balance is payable/paperwork and generic care sheet emailed to you.

We are happy to complete projects in clients Own fabric also.
